UPDATE: I have created an official resolution group chat alongside the Accrue vendor to settle this matter. Josphat Okutu has been sent the link to join. @josephat
To be completely clear to the community and to Josphat on how we are executing this: he will send the funds to the Accrue agent via M-Pesa. The exact minute the agent confirms to me that the full $400 refund has cleared and reflected in my account balance, I will immediately keep my word.
