The actual developer of this application is Dev Mosaic. Josphat Okutu simply bought the source code from Dev Mosaic, built an APK and desktop demo, and falsely advertises it as his own to trick clients. That is how he deceived me into thinking he was the real owner until I paid him a $400 deposit via an Accura agent. The moment he received the funds, he completely blocked me on WhatsApp, refused to deliver the app, and issued no refund.
I have tracked down all of his information, including his Facebook page connected to his real identity, his TikTok account, and this POS page for Biashara Books Point of Sale / Jaytech Cloud Limited.

I warned him and gave him a strict 24-hour ultimatum to refund my money or face the authorities. He chose to ignore it, so I have officially proceeded with reporting him.

His country's local authorities (DCI and NC4 Kenya) have already responded to my messages. They confirmed his real ID is tied directly to his registered business accounts and mobile money numbers. At their request, I have submitted complete screen recordings of our chats and the Accura agent transactions. Furthermore, because this is an international cybercrime, I am preparing formal reports for Interpol and the FBI cybercrime division.
I am holding the international Interpol/FBI filings for exactly 24 hours. If Josphat Okutu is sensible enough to apologize and issue a full refund of my $400, I will drop those charges. If he wants to collapse his business, destroy his lifestyle, and completely ruin his chances of ever traveling abroad over a stolen $400, that is his choice to make. You have been warned. Avoid dealing with this individual.
