Yes, cms module is working well, but there is image/logo issue, logo and modified images can't be displayed in frontend.

check upload/cms folder, make sure it has 755 permissions

Both module's routes is missing.
it will generate error like this: Action Modules\Project\Http\Controllers\ProjectController@index not defined.
