installation all good but i have a problem after finalizing a sale the POS goes server error 500 if any got a fix or i will have to go bk to 3.8

Testing the application,, error only occurs when uses POS, but no in Add Sale
 
There is an issue on the POS page: When you search for a product and select it, the product name remains in the search bar. Consequently, this occasionally leads to duplicated sales and confusion in the sales list.

Can someone in here help me with this script customization? I want to show the currency in the dashboard (Revenue, etc) and also add thousands of separators to each number. I would be happy to pay for helping me with this.
