Mail mailer     :    SMTP
Mail Host       :    mail.yourserver.com
Mail Port       :    587
Mail username   :    [email protected]
Mail password   :    ********
Mail encryption :    SSL
From email      :    [email protected]
From name       :    yourserverSupportTeam

(*may varies depends on server )

Step -2
General Setting :
Contact email : * - "your email"
Save it!

Step - 3
Action section
enable contact form and email verification

Its working for me!

Changing home page describtion... Settings->Languages->Translate

Its depends on your hosting server speed there is nothing you can do with script to increase the upload speed.

in your server go to

Apache & nginx Settings and Maximum allowed HTTP request body size 2GB and​

PHP Settings upload_max_filesize 2000 M post_max_size 2000m​
