UltimatePOS v6.11 Security Patch (ultranoob)

What this patch does:
1) Adds Apache .htaccess hardening inside public/uploads and key sub-directories to prevent execution of PHP/other scripts and disable directory listing.
2) Hardens App\Media:
- Prevents uploading executable extensions.
- Generates safe random filenames (does not trust original filename).
- Uses basename() when building filesystem paths to prevent path traversal during display/delete.
3) Hardens HomeController:
- Replaces whereRaw date interpolation with parameter binding (defense-in-depth).

How to apply:
- Copy the folders from this patch into your UltimatePOS v6.11 root, overwriting existing files.
- Ensure Apache allows .htaccess (AllowOverride All) for your public folder.
