The reason you can't view module button is because you have not enabled you account to be an admin. Go to .env file and under "ADMINISTRATOR_USERNAMES =" enter your username.
Try this and update us if you managed

Can I be able to update from version 4.8 to version 5.4 without loosing any previous data. Please help out with update step because the documentation from the ultimatefosters is not clear. thanks in advance
