I just learned how to "NULLED" this theme.
Step 1: Open the file “functions.php”
Step 2: Add the following 2 lines after the php opening tag (or see image)

PHP:

update_option(sprintf('trx_addons_theme_%s_activated', get_option('template')), '1');
update_option(sprintf('purchase_code_%s', get_option('template')), 'purchase_code');
