Hey guys,
Anyone understand the Stripe payment config? I don't get what to do. Test mode is off. I made successful payments prior with the config, before Stripe tightened up its security and API requirements 6+ months ago.
-> When I put in the Public Key and Secret Key into the developer's labelled fields "API Key" and "Key 2" I can get to Stripe payments and pay $1 but then it says "You are using the Secret API Key instead of transmitting the Public API Key" etc etc. So payment does not work.
-> If I use Secret Key in both fields, I can get to Stripe payments and pay $1 but then it says "similar error about insecurely transmitting the secret key... So payment does not work.
-> I have tried enabling Stripe test mode and using Stripe's Test API keys x2. But now the payment button on the credit card page won't let me submit the payment??? I think you may have to pay for a "Stripe Test credit card number" from Stripe...?
-> After switching back to Live, and turning off Test mode on Stripe, it now still does not allow me to continue to the credit card input stage?? It should not be this difficult. I have never had such issues in 25 years in scripts and PHP.

Version 8.0.0 - all other functionality appears to work, albeit lots of bugs....
