I’ve recently installed the Xtra theme from your link, and I’m receiving the following warning:

"Theme license warning: Your theme license is being used on multiple domains and has been flagged. This violates our license terms. or remove this line (notices) in wp-content\plugins\codevz-plus\codevz-plus.php
