The installation is normal and it shows as activated, but it's not working properly.

Create a new product.

in License---Basic---"Enable sending license keys for this Product/Variation", check the box.
In License Keys---Available license key for this product, add a few lines of text.

Go to the front end to place an order. The order does not contain license information.
Check the order details on wooc in the backend; this order has not been automatically added and is in the "Awaiting Assign new license key" status.

The above operations work correctly on the official demo site. Therefore, it's unlikely to be due to improper operation.
