I created a template and after that I am running a campaign in it by selecting all the contacts but the messages are not getting delivered to anyone, only waiting is shown

Can you please help with the sql upgrade when updating there is still the 5.5 one no 5.8 or the current db is ok i need to just update the files only ?

I have just done a fresh installation of version 5.8 but I am getting this error
