Sorry for being slow. I figured out where the files are, thanks for the tip.
I have a question: is it possible to upgrade from version 3.12 to 4 right away, or is the upgrade procedure from 3.12 to 3.13 mandatory?

1- Shutdown your system from the admin panel

2- Upload all files located in the "Script" folder and replace all files and folders, Except:

-- content/backups (folder)
-- content/uploads (folder)
-- includes/config.php (file)

3- Copy "update.php" file from "Update 3.13 to 4.0" folder to your server

4- Run the "update.php" file (http://yourdomain.com/path_to_script/update.php)

5- Empty this folder "content/themes/default/templates_compiled"

6- Copy The followings folder to your uploads folder "content/uploads"

-- Script/content/uploads/merits
-- Script/content/uploads/pwa
-- Script/content/uploads/temp (Give it 0777) Permission

I follow the instructions, but I can't update from version 3.13 to version 4.
After starting the update, it asks for a serial number - I enter any.

Then the update splash screen and 500 Internal Server Error
Can you tell me what the problem could be?

At the same time, version 4 is installed from scratch without problems.
But I need to update, not a clean installation.
