Is there a Wordpress plugin where i can do this:

step 1. the user will input their address to check if there is a services on the address they input.
step 2. If the address is available they will proceed to fill up form


plugin something like that or the same logic like that

I think it should be possible with Gravity Forms and Geolocation add-on for it
