I guess not, "Server is unavailable at the moment, please try again"
this is what it's showing therefore it's not or no longer working

Instructions to install this

1. Go to public folder and create a .lic file (empty file)
2. Create a database and import database.sql from public/install folder
3. Edit .env file and add your database info

Done
