Hi @raz0r,
I don't know why, but when I try to add an element by Clicking on 'Add New' button, it displays this information

and then it takes me to a page in Editor

without offering me a chance to pick 'What type of Element' I want to create or so?
I am using Version 7.2.1+6433 of local By Flywheel, which is the latest version - nGinX [did try Apache as well], PHP v7.4 [did try 8.1 and 8.2 as well] with MySql v8.0.16.

Is there anyone else having experienced this issue or found a way out of it?

Latest version is not fully nulled. There are call homes in includes/uplink/Connect.php. Just replace the domain with localhost and remove all the code that tries to check license validity and it should be good to go. I didn't see any others.
