The free ones are standalone plugins and are located in the WordPress directory. This version of the "Freesoul Deactivate Plugins PRO 1.1.1.9" plugin is a full PRO version, but I don't use any add-ons, only the tools integrated into "Freesoul Deactivate Plugins Pro".
Since I haven't tested the add-ons, I prefer to tell you that I have no certainty about them rather than give incorrect information and potentially damage your site.

If you test them and the add-ons work, let me know; it could be useful to others.
