It doesn't work because he's publishing incomplete files. He says it's easy to run, but when you message him, he doesn't tell you how. He asks for $150-$200 to run it. Either he won't run it and will simply steal your money, or he will run it but will use the complete files.

Also, when I wanted to exchange scripts with him, he sent me an archive with a password and thought I was a complete idiot. Even then, I could tell he'd sent me crap, not what I asked for.
