Analyze server logs with this btc address. Then you will see who changed it and how.

Secondly, wallet addresses can also be changed in the browser. (soft/extensions, etc)

I apologise, I rechecked everything is fine, I was confused by the fact that the nowpayments interface is embedded inside this script and for payment does not lead to the official site of the payment processor, but I will look in the payment histories is displayed
