I agreed to install bicrypto for $60. That he would install it first, and then I would pay him. He himself said to install it first, and then pay.
An hour and a half had passed from the stated 15 minutes, and he was having errors that he couldn't fix.
The exchange didn't work, he didn't install it and wrote I deceived him) I have all the evidence
Forbidden access. He didn't fix it and went to sleep.

The conditions were as follows:
1. Install the exchange and if everything works, then I pay you. Were those the conditions? Of course. You said you would install it first.
2. You said the installation would take 15 minutes, but in the end it took an hour and a half and you went to bed. What should I pay for, for you going to bed and the exchange not working? Why are you trying to deceive, I have the full correspondence.
3. You went to the server and deleted the files, okay. What did you achieve? You try installing version 5.0 when it was already version 5.4.1. You are just a scammer trying to deceive other people
I published the correspondence above, whoever is interested I will send additional screenshots. Do not work with this scammer.
