I need to ask for something like impossible but: what about to enable REST API / Api keys endpoints on settings?
I was trying the entire day but until now I just added and commented some code lines without any changes.

Because this feature in Elite version. And this is PRO version (see title).

It is not enough to *comment the code*, you also need the controller files themselves and others, which like i said before available only in Elite version.

Adding a invented api key and editing the code may be/should make it works.

700$ for a developer license to use api rest on this plugin is like a mountain of money depending for who.
I moved to woocommerce with free available api rest, etc... yes api on the calendar as well. Of course many other plugins need to be installed to make a similar and proper booking page. But it can be done. Just telling in case anyone found the same situation about api rest.

WooCommerce with rest api, woocommerce appoinments with google calendar bidirectional and rest api, and whatever other plugins you may need amoung tens or hundreds for woocommerce to build a outstanding booking site.
