Did you try it on your localhost? If so, the issue might be related to the database import.

anyway I have got where It went wrong
during my update, I unzipped the files and unfortunately Ubuntu do hide dot(.) files when you unzip so I realized those files are missing so my server could not run those files but now I am okay with everything
