trata copiando los archivos de la carpeta actualizar sobre los archivos de la capeta raiz de tu pagina y luego corres la pagina y listo se actulaiza sola sigueintdo los pasos del instalador

hello, i would like to inform you that i tried to installed it in a fresh installed Active Ecommerce 9.7 and it didn't work, error 500 and destroyed the complete system, i had to reinstall it all over again, it is a total chaos, i wouldn't recommend anybody to use that addon, you should check it and if it is compatible with the recent Active Ecommerce versions 9.7 and 9.8 and the incoming ones, sorry to be the bad guy here and tell you this

What happened to us is that after installing the add-on, we could not access the control panel, and I had to restore the latest backup copy in order to return to work normally. Here is an incompatibility or a missing step in this add-on.

hello, i tried installing the addon, in my localhost, here i have no problem with nothing regarding configuration, in fact y run several Active Ecommerce sites here to try and test thing before using then in my online sites so i wont have to recover everything from a faulty addon, i test all other websites here as well because i know i dont have any issues, but with yours i could not even get back to the site, it was totally destroyed by your addon, and if you are the creator of the addon it will work on your site because you have done several things to make it work there, but what you have to do is try it on an environment different than your own server try it elsewhere, because as it is, it is totally useless and a danger to any working site, maybe if you offer some manual installation instructions because as it is , is doing something wrong. i tell you this to acknowledge something is wrong with your package installation, in fact i dont thing i would try that at all, it is like the back up and recovery addon that is useless as well, it might have work for and specific, but then it worked no more, total waste of time, and be aware the Active Ecommerce releases and update almost every month so it would be better a manual installation rather than a faulty automatic one that will be useless with the next update
