There are not any problems or issues due installing this v 4.5.0 on different sites.

i stand corrected, the issue has to do with ZOO Essentials that needs to be removed until a compatible version is released

I don't have ZOO installed, but I have Zoolanders YOOtheme Pro Essentials 2.2.31, and that didn't work. Had to go to Plugins and disable the Essentials plugin. Then I could install the new YOOtheme. Waiting for the updated Zoolanders YOOtheme Pro Essentials 2.3.0 that I think will fix this.
