Over the past three months, I’ve been actively and consistently working on Waziper, focusing on extending its core functionality and improving real-world usability. Most of this work was done through hands-on development, custom logic implementation, and iterative testing, building practical solutions rather than just surface-level tweaks.

Custom Features & Enhancements Implemented​

1. Support Ticket System​

A complete internal support system designed for both admins and users:
  • Department-based ticket routing
  • Admin controls to open, manage, and respond to tickets
  • Structured ticket flow for better issue handling

2. Email Campaign System​

A custom email campaign module to improve user communication:
  • Admin-managed email campaigns
  • Ability to send emails directly to users
  • Useful for announcements, updates, and transactional messaging

3. Custom Checkout & Invoice System​

A fully customized billing workflow built for flexibility:
  • Admin-created invoices for users
  • Invoice updates with automated email notifications
  • Multiple payment options
  • Invoice download and print support
  • Clean and practical invoice management for both admins and users
The main goal behind all of this work was to make Waziper more usable, flexible, and production-ready, especially for businesses that rely heavily on WhatsApp automation and billing workflows.


What I’m Offering to the Community​
