That's clearly a node server issue - I cannot say anything without taking a look at your .env file, feel free to PM me :)

Please note that every hosting node has limitations, which depend on the hosting cPanel. The original script may need modifications to run smoothly without causing node disconnections. If anyone needs assistance, they can contact.
The chatbot is working fine. If anyone wants to test it, they can do so here. https://shorturl.at/RNi43

Its just pm2 that you need.

How will you check .env file?
The .env file doesn't play a role in this issue. As I mentioned earlier, this is a Node server problem, not related to the .env configuration. It can be resolved with a small modification in the script—just a minor tweak. After that, it will work seamlessly on cPanel without needing a terminal.

Every cPanel hosting account has limitations with terminal access, so installing scripts via the terminal isn't always an option. The better and easier solution is to make the script compatible with hosting accounts. It's a simple 30-minute task.

If anyone prefers not to waste time troubleshooting, they can contact me for assistance.

I cant find any information about chat list. I cannot see any conversations. Should conversations show in list? Can you (wasender users) please tell me can you see conversations in your chat list?

I am sure that after a few hours or within 24 hours, this node will stop working, and the script will stop functioning on shared hosting. To prevent this, we need to make adjustments to the script so that it continues working, and your bot remains active permanently. If anyone needs personal assistance, they can contact me.

Answer is running via pm2.

Shared hosting typically doesn’t support persistent background processes or tools like PM2 due to limited permissions and lightweight operation constraints.

PM2 is indeed a good tool, but it’s not compatible with shared hosting due to its requirements for persistent processes and advanced permissions. I’ve modified the script in a way that ensures the Node.js app remains active on shared hosting, overcoming the usual limitations where it stops working after a few hours.

This solution is lightweight, works within shared hosting constraints, and keeps your bot running smoothly without the need for external tools like PM2. Let me know if you need guidance or further assistance! https://shorturl.at/RNi43
