I successfully installed and activated it, why doesn't it appear in the block?
I have also copied the /View folder into the theme. Is there something wrong?

In the Administrator panel - Settings you need to activate the blocks so that they are displayed and then add them to the tariffs so that they can be used

I have activated it and also checked it in the plan section. It still doesn't appear
