its just in the same file .env
DEMO = 1 change it to -> DEMO = 0

i'm sure the problem is from the code. I have tried switching PHP versions same thing. Although, after fresh installation everything would work just perfect but after a few minutes the error 500 start showing on homepage and staking page (User and admin end)

You should have VPS. Connect through ssh, move to site root. Run command composer update.
