I installed the 7.4.1 and 7.4.4 scripts. The menus that should open under the Payment Systems and Subscription Systems did not open. PayPal is basically open. Other payment systems are not activated.

Are you sure this is Extend? If this is the Extend version, what needs to be done to activate the features I specified?
