PHP Developer Urgently Needed for a paid task on Ramon School Management System

Good day to you, trust you are doing fine, I will like to discuss with you on the above subject matter. I need a School Management Software Like Ramon - The customization for now is just for the Result Card ( Examination Report) I want to add the following to the result sheet:
1 - Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor Domain
2 - Include Total Number of Students per Class – Section, Include Next Term Begin Date, Include Next term Total Fees and
3 - Pass and Fail Parameter Setting base on overall students average, per class.

Please let me know if this is possible and what it will cost.

What is being used in the backend?

Are there already APIs for the result card or will new ones have to be made?

What is the specific format of cognitive, affective and psychomotor sections?

How will the pass/fail logic work?
