should check online there is a guide of paypal, is not easy need to consider a lot of things like portable browser always same local proxy etc... a lot and i am sure in the end they block you anyway i had 3 accounts did all what had to be done in 3 different countries got banned years ago i stopped to use paypal they anyway corrupt... many others out there more reliable every company from paypal has really bad reviews... because they suck move on use Stripe etc. a lot better
