its a really tough to doing this and you need to make a backup also and

1. Perform Pre-Update Cleanup
   To prevent conflicts with old files, you need to delete a couple of items on your server:
   • Delete the entire vendor, app, database, config and bootstrap directories.
   • Delete all the contents inside the /storage/framework/cache directory.
     
     
2. Extract the New Files
   Now, extract or unzip the website.zip file directly in your root directory.
3. Your file manager will ask if you want to replace existing files.
4. Confirm that you want to overwrite all files.
5. Run the Database Update and migrate it using terminal of php artsian command.
   
   hope this is work just test. i think before this you need to make a full backup of file and db.
