You must replace the files first
Then install the complete update
Then open PHP My Admin for the old and new versions
First, go to your old users, select all, and skip admin
Export them in advanced mode and choose Export
Then go to the new version that you installed, update the databases, and import the file that you extracted into the first user databases.
... it's complicated......
You must follow the same steps for all databases, deleting existing data and importing old data
Warning: Do not import construction for databases
