Error 500 after installing a script

TAll the Scripts I install give me a 500 error when I access the installed system page.

I have already cleared cache, installed the ALT-PHP version, edit htaccess files and none of it worked.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue, please?

Some also ask me to activate allow_url_fopen, But I have already activated it on CPANEL and it still says that it is not active.

bro if these are build with laravel framework ,
just open terminal and hit

composer up

after this hit

php artisan optimize:clear
