According to my information, installing it does not require any purchase codes or licenses. Install it the right way and it will work.
its just did not come with auto installation so you have to enable some php extensions and create .env file.
and run composer install, npm install, npm run build
and run database migrations.
and yeah that's all so there is no license checks or any encoded/obfuscated codes.
