Any suggestions for a script to serve ads?

I'm looking for something that will allow me to sell ad space on a website. The features I'm looking for are rotating ads, a dashboard for processing sales and managing advertisers and payment processing. I've looked into AdsRock and a few others from codecanyon but they are buggy as hell and the devs for them aren't interested in helping anyone.

Does anyone here have experience with Revive Adserver?

I am using OpenX since 2013, or lately Revive AdServer, with some paid and few free plugins.
