i dont think you need approval uploading a file, i guess it comes after the file is uploaded and ready for the forum to download

you can download it is ready. When you submit a file you wait for the admin approval. they check your files and information you submit

by the way, do you have the installation file tat should be coming with this file, because i used the link here in this post, but if anybody tries to install it in a few months this will be useless unless you have the directions to do it because just copying the files is not enough, and it is a little bit tricky without that, if you have it please share it as well, thanks in advanced

there is no need for that, i have installed it already in one of my several versions of the Active Ecommerce, you can se a picture there it is properly installed and working, no issues, just follow the directions here in your link
