• Cleaned up Advanced tab a bit
• Added new 4 hour job to clear out expired widget cache - now properly honours the cache-age-minutes setting in the advanced tab
• Added new Cache Threshold option to advanced tab, defaulted to 50ms. This reduces how much storage our widget HTML cache uses in the wp-content/cache/scalability-pro folder.
• Added info to advanced tab about how much space our widget file cache is using

* Updated cache key to include $args to make caching work for ajax fetched terms
* Fixed non-containerized ajaxified terms so page 2+ return full hrefs
* Set new defaults for hide filters above woo and for default container option (to use the popout container)
