Who can post a review.
You have 3 options for the "Who can post a review" setting.- Logged users
- Customers with a validate order. This option can make sure all reviews are from customers who really have bought your products.
- Anyone.
Google rich snippets feature is supper useful, it shows extra information of your products on the Google search result, which would drive you a lot traffics.

This module has Google reCAPTCHA feature built-in to stop spam on your site. All you need to do is go to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin to get site key and secret key there.
Google customer reviews
Google Customer Reviews is a free program that lets you collect feedback from users who’ve made a purchase on your site. Ratings from Google Customer Reviews apply to your seller ratings eligibility. Seller ratings appear on Search Ads, in Shopping ads.
How the Google customer reviews feature works.
- When a customer successfully places an order on your site, the customer will be redirected to the order confirmation page.
- A popup window will show out to ask if he/she likes to leave a review.
- If yes, an email form Google will be sent to the customer after a certain amount of days which you can set. The email contains a link to post a review of your products on Google.
- Ratings and reviews will be shown out on Google search ads and Google shopping ads.
