Gets stuck here every time I try to install it on my cpanel hosting account. DB info is correct, I have checked it 50 times. I get green check marks for all the requirements as well. Anyone else having this issue? Also the db is totally empty, so not sure what it means by not clean.

I did several times, doesn't change anything. I get the same issue every time. I enter any username and any key then it goes by it and I enter my db info which is correct (checked hundreds of times) and it still gets stuck in the same place.
