and delete codes:

run test wordpress - https://tastewp.com/. Upload plugin. Worked. Don't know what issues on your side.

Just get one request with lic mentioned: https://store.infotheme.net/epoll/update/?license_key&domain= and didn't see any inserts.

Provide more information.

Or try replace epoll-wp-voting-pro/core/extras.php
