В последней версии(4.86) есть БАГ. На последней стадии создания Импорта - он не дает создать "Unique Identifier" - в консоли отображается ошибка 500 admin-ajax. Отключал все плагины и ставил пустую, стандартную тему - ошибка все равно висит. Временное решение: откат до версии 4.8.5.
 
@manymen Priviet, I had the same problem, I installed a beta version after this one and it worked very well.

Wait for update from author, or install an older version, if you need the beta version MP me, I'll send it to you with pleasure

читайте логи: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: No license present in .../wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import-pro/src/Scheduling/SchedulingApi.php:217
в новых версиях не дает сделать импорт. типа просит ключики ввести для очереди заданий
ждем когда пофиксят, а так только откат на более поздние версии
