The ressources is NOT reassigned to anyone.
Trusted members, moderators, donators and other nullcave friends can contribute minor and major releases of thd same script can provide updates.
You do not own or control exclusively any script, no one does

Yes I completely agree with you but our moderator and contributor check the files before uploading so that there is no virus or backdoor in it I didn't have problem if anyone push update. But when I upload the file I check it and test it also than I upload that's why I told you to keep the resource with me.
