Problems can be when importing layouts in the SP Page Builder Pro 4.
When importing a layout in SP Page Builder Pro 3 - usually good.

If importing a layout in SP Page Builder Pro 4 doesn't work, you can try this (sometimes helps me):
1) Install on local machine Joomla site with old SP Page Builder Pro 3, and import layouts you need...
2) Upgrade SP Page Builder Pro 3 to 4. on your local Joomla site.
3) Export layouts from your local Joomla site SPPB Pro 4 and import to your work website.

😓 the tips you gave didn't work. import then blank page. problem only in NGO layout. other layouts no problem.
