I was beginning to think nobody here knows what LiveZilla is and how good it is, especially now that is also free.
I have worked with it as a paying customer in the past 15 years and it is amazing professional self hosted solution for live chat support and customer relations,
it works on any website, even WordPress, you just need to create a "button" that will generate a js script link, which you can include in any web page you want the chat to appear, before the </body> tag.

ChatWoot is something else, it has nothing to do with livezilla. They have a ton of docs on their website as far as I know.
