After the update logout from the system and then login again​

Fixing:
- Fixed current academic exam filtering for Student and Parent panels.
- Fixed “Result Not Published Yet” message display.
- Fixed email validation across Staff, Supplier, Student, Parent, Admission Query, and Contact forms.
- Fixed Wallet Bank dropdown visibility.
- Fixed online exam duplicate sections and duplicate records.
- Fixed Syllabus, Other Downloads, Lesson Plan, and Student Incident Report errors.
- Fixed Teacher Evaluation menu and report visibility.
- Improved Fees Carry forward, payment, invoice, and balance handling.
- Fixed class, section, branch, null, and API validation issues.

Update:
- Added current class and section-based exam filtering.
- Added empty-state messages for unavailable exam results and bank accounts.
- Added missing Teacher Evaluation menu/report access.
- Improved email input trimming and validation behavior.
- Improved class-wise content availability.
- Improved Branch module compatibility.
- Improved API responses, permissions, menus, assets, and overall UI consistency.

Note:

- Laravel 13 and PHP 8.3 were already available.
- Database backup is recommended before updating.
