You say you provide full anonymity yet, you use WHMCS and Tawk, both love to log ip addresses for example, besides that when ordering people have to provide an address.
When i speak that you cant ever provide 100% uptime, you say that you do not understand what i mean.
Also, does the company you rent your Reseller package / VPS from allow 18+ content, piracy etc?
What if a client wants to upload CP, like is the sky the limit?
What is your SLA?
