Qunzo – Fintech Wallet App and Web with User, Agent and Merchant Modules Including Admin Panel v1.1

Qunzo is a complete software solution for launching your own digital financial services platform. Regular users, local agents, and business merchants are the three user groups for which this business-ready system offers individual apps. For a regular User, it works like a powerful money app on your smartphone. You can register an account, add money, and send or request money from others. You can also pay bills, shop with merchants, and hold different currencies in different wallets. When you need physical cash, you can easily cash out your digital money from a local Agent.

For a Merchant, it is a full payment system. They can receive payments directly from users within the Qunzo network or integrate the payment gateway into their own website to accept payments from their customers. After receiving payments, the merchant can withdraw their earnings from the system.

For an Agent, it is a business opportunity. Agents act as local service points for users. They help users add physical cash to their digital accounts and allow users to withdraw their digital money as physical cash. For both of these services, the Agent earns a commission.

The system also includes many features like a real-world registration process, creating payment links for invoices, generating gift codes, and exchanging wallet money. It supports a wide range of automatic payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, and Flutterwave for fast and secure transactions. Lastly, the functionality of the full platform is managed through a secure admin dashboard, and the business owner has total control of it.

Admin Features​

Dashboard
In the Dashboard menu, if there is a Manual deposit, Pending Withdraw request, Pending verifications, and Support Tickets, then the Admin can see this after logging into the admin panel. They are immediate tasks to complete first. Then the admin can see the cards with all the basic data of the system. You can explore other statistics and recently Registered users.

Customers
In the Customers menu, there are all the registered customers can be found. There are other Active customers, Closed customers, and Disabled customers, and the admin can send all users any message immediately. Admin can edit any of the customer details to find their activities. Admin can add or subtract a balance from any user. Admin can change all the performing statuses.

Agents
In the Agents menu, there are all the registered agents can be found. Admin can edit any of the agent details to find their activities. Admin can add or subtract a balance from any agent. Admin can change all the performing statuses.

Merchants
In the Merchants menu, there are all the registered merchants can be found. Admin can edit any of the agent details to find their activities. Admin can add or subtract a balance from any merchant. Admin can change all the performing statuses.

Verification Management
Admin can set the Verification form for users, agents, and merchants, and check and review each user’s verification. Also can see the history of the verifications.

Manage Roles and Manage Staffs
In the Manage Roles menu, the admin can add any of the roles to the application and can assign any of the permissions to that role. And in the Manage Staffs menu admin can add new staff and can assign any of the roles to the staff with their permission.

Transactions
All the Transactions can be explored in this menu.

Transactions Fees & Limits
Admin can set the fees and limits for all types of transactions.

Currencies
Admin can set the currencies and conversion rates for the system.

Automatic Gateways
Admin can see the automatic payment gateways for deposit and withdrawal. He can set multiple currencies in a single gateway supported. Multiple currency-supported gateways are available.

Deposits
In the Deposit menu, the admin can edit any of the automatic deposit methods. Also, can set the Manual Deposit methods and review any of the manual deposit requests. Also, can explore the deposit histories.

Automatic and Manual Withdraws
Admin can set for user automatic and manual withdrawal methods.

Manage Referral
Admin can set the Multi-Level Referrals with the percentages.

Settings
Under the Site settings admin can set the site essentials and manage the permissions and many other essential stuff. In email settings admin can set up the SMTP.

Pages
All the page’s contents can be added to a new custom page from this menu by the admin.

Templates
Under the Template menu admin can manage Email, SMS, and Notification templates.

Support Tickets
Admin can explore all the Support Tickets from this menu.

Custom CSS
Admin can add custom CSS code from this menu.

Cron Jobs
Admin can set up the cron job for the needs of the systems.

User Features​

Users can exchange their funds from one wallet to another.

Users can create and share gift codes with other users. Users can also redeem the gift codes.

Request Money
Users can request money from other users and also accept or reject the money request.

Invoice
Users can create invoices, send a payment link to the Customer, and receive payments.

Money Transfer
Users can transfer the funds to another user.

Merchant Payment
Users can make payments to any of the merchants.

Agent Cashout
Users can cash out their funds to any of the agents.
