Introducing Billing Address
Active eCommerce CMS now features a new Billing Gateway that allows customers to choose shipping and billing addresses separately or use the same address for both.
Checkout Page Address Section
The checkout experience has been enhanced by automatically displaying the default or most recently used shipping address, with other addresses selectable from a dropdown.
Customers can now choose any address as their billing address, with the new billing address section presented in a clean, tabbed layout for a smoother checkout flow.
Shipping & Billing Address in Guest Checkout
The guest checkout flow has been improved by allowing customers to enter a billing address or use the same address for both shipping and billing, seamlessly integrated into the new checkout design.
Changes in Customer Dashboard and Profile Section
The customer dashboard now displays the Default Billing Address alongside the Shipping Address.
Additionally, a new option in the customer profile allows users to set any existing address as their default billing address.
